Classes
Public education is a core part of the mission of the Global Warming Solutions Group. In 2011, members of the group began teaching community classes in central Illinois on a variety of topics including the Low Carbon Diet, Cool Cities, Astronomical Factors of Natural Cycles, and Going Green 2.0. In November, a guest instructor from the U.S. EPA will be teaching a Climate Change 101 course. If you have an organization interested in hosting one of our classes, contact todd@gwsolutionsgroup.com for more information.

The Global Warming Solutions Group is offering 4 classes this fall through ICC’s Adult Community Programs. Members of our group are teaching 3 of the classes with a guest instructor from the U.S. EPA teaching the “Climate Change 101” course in November. All classes will be held at ICC’s North Campus on University in Peoria. The $10 registration fee for each class is an administration fee to cover ICC’s cost for promoting and hosting the classes. The Solutions Group instructors are there on a volunteer basis and are not paid for their time.
