No matter where you are on your journey to reducing your carbon footprint at home or at work, getting involved with the Global Warming Solutions Group can be a rewarding experience.  We are purely a volunteer group of passionate individuals with a network of partner organizations with similar goals.  Our monthly meetings are lively and they are a great way to stay “dialed in” with what is going on in the local environmental community.  Our decisions are consensus based.  As environmental developments occur, we celebrate progress and learn lessons from the losses.  Our meetings are open to the public and are publicized on the web site and facebook pages.  Here are some key ways to get involved with this group:

Attend a monthly meeting.

Visit our Events Calendar for the time and location of our next meeting.  New members and observers are always welcome!

There are several options for following our group.  We highly recommend becoming a part of our email distribution list where you will received 1 or 2 emails a month with meeting reminders, event notifications, and news updates.  Simply send an email to todd@gwsolutionsgroup.com with the word “subscribe” in the subject line.

Volunteer

Throughout the year, there are projects we are involved in that benefit from volunteers.  They can work a booth at an event, provide content and articles for the web site, attend meetings with government officials, teach community classes, help move our library display from one library to another, create event flyers, and many other exciting projects!
