Weatherizing Your Home & Energy Saving Tips Class

Learn pertinent information about ways to save energy and money at home.  The first half will focus on techniques participants can employ immediately to reduce energy use within the home, with a focus on the “biggest bang for the buck” options.  The second half will cover more advanced and technical home improvements such as air sealing and insulation.  We’ll explain how and why these improvements work for you to save energy and money as well as improving home safety and comfort.  The workshop will highlight locally available resources to support these energy saving activities including utility rebate programs.
