Announcing fall workshops through ICC Adult Community Programs

The Global Warming Solutions Group has developed a curriculum of 4 workshops to be presented this fall through Illinois Central College’s Adult Community Programs.  Members of the group will be teaching the “Low Carbon Diet,” “Astronomical Factors Driving Climate Cycles”, and “Going Green 2.0. ” Melissa Hulting, the climate change coordinator from the U.S. EPA in Chicago, will be a guest instructor for the “Climate Change 101” course.  All workshops are will be held at ICC North on University in Peoria.  The cost for each class is $10, an administrative fee charged by ICC.  All instructors are volunteering their time and expertise.  For more information, see the flyer below and to register visit http://www.icc.edu/acp.
