Mike Mitchell of the IL Recycling Association to Speak in Peoria

Mike Mitchell, executive director of the Illinois Recycling Association will be in Peoria on Monday, July 20.

The Global Warming Solutions Group and Sierra Club are hosting a discussion panel with Mitchell about waste and recycling in Peoria. He will discuss the experiences of other Illinois cities using a pay-as-you-throw (PAYT) program and address questions from attendees.
