Ameren’s Act On Energy Program to Conserve Energy and Save Homeowners Money

Ameren Utilities has launched a program to help customers conserve energy and save them money. Act On Energy currently helps guide customers through the switch to energy efficient lighting by offering tips and even a way to purchase bulbs at a discount rate.
In the near future, Act On Energy will add programs including Refrigerator and Freezer recycling, getting cash back on the installation of new heating or air conditioning units, rebates for reducing summer demand, rebates on Energy Star products, home energy audits, heating and central air tune-ups, and building an Energy Star home.
